My main reason to sell to Offerpad was I was not keen on going through the ritual of setting up the home regularly for viewing by potential buyers every week. I was also appealed by the fact that they work with you on the closing date as well. Starting with the offer as well as to the end of the sale, selling to Offerpad was smooth. Communication was very prompt. Expectations were clearly laid out and there were no surprises which was appreciated. Someone was always available to alleviate any concerns I had. Local move and the 3 day extended stay was the icing on the cake. Would recommend to anyone who wants an easy sale of their home.
